My web site or service isn't working - how can I tell if it is ZXTM that is at fault?

The quickest way to determine the source of a problem like this is to try accessing one of the back-end servers directly, and ensuring that they are working independently of ZXTM.

Remember that your back-end server may not be visible externally, so check from a machine within the local network.
