What sources of information are available?DocumentationThree guides exist which can be used for help in case of a problem: The Getting Started with Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager guide is aimed at evaluators and customers who are running ZXTM for the first time. The Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager User Guide provides detailed documentation about functionality and configuation of ZXTM. It is available either from the integrated help facility of ZXTM (by clicking on the Help icon, then selecting "Manuals" in the top-right of the window, followed by "User Manual") or via Documentation section of our web site. The TrafficScript Manual is the complete guide to the TrafficScript traffic management language, and should the the primary resource when authoring TrafficScriptlets. Within ZXTM, this documentation is available as above, in the Manuals section of the Help facility. In addition, a quick overview is available by selecting TrafficScript Help from the TrafficScript Editor page. This FAQ has been produced to provide the answers to a range of additional questions that may not be explicity addressed in the User Guide. The front page of this website also provides easy access to all of the available documentation. If you do not find an answer to your question here or in the other information sources indicated above, then holders of Standard Support Contract and above can contact us at support@zeus.com If you do not yet have a support contract, please consider our Support services.
