Contacting Zeus' Technical Support

Zeus's Technical Support Team are able to assist Zeus' evaluators and customers with installation and configuration questions, and with in-depth problem resolution. Beyond this, Zeus' experienced consultants are available to build full business solutions.

There is a wide-range of support and maintenance offerings, ranging from simple e-mail support to 24x7 hotline support for mission-critical installations. http://www.zeus.com/support/packages describes the full terms and features of each offering.

How to contact Support

You may contact Zeus' Technical Support Team via support@zeus.com or by the other methods listed on the Data Sheet provided with your Support Contract documents. Evaluators are entitled to 30 days of gratis support and may also use the support@zeus.com address.

Please include your customer or evaluator number in the subject line of your email.

The 'Generate Technical Support report' tool in the ZXTM Admin Server can be used to collect all the information about your configuration and system. You'll find it in the 'Diagnose->Technical Support' page in the UI. The support team may be able to address your query more quickly if you provide this information when you raise a query.
